Booking terms

PAYMENT TERMS:

The offer is always made for a specific group size. Pirskeri Homestead reserves the right to change prices if the content of the offer, such as the number of participants or the timing, changes.

The invoicing is based on the confirmed number of persons at the time of ordering, and the final amount is determined no later than 48 hours before the start of the trip based on the confirmed number of persons. In case of cancellation initiated by the customer, the following compensation will be charged:

- Cancellation made at least 60 days before the start of the trip will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

- If the booking is canceled later than 30 days before the start of the trip, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

- Cancellation made less than 14 days before the start of the trip will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

We will invoice the trip collectively to the customer. The payment method is a pre-invoice, which can be paid in two installments.

Members of the group traveling on the trip may, by mutual agreement, transfer their places to a third party.

STAY AT THE RESORT:

Pirskeri Homestead is available to customers from arrival day at 17:00 until departure day at 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.

The accommodation package includes boat trips, meals and non-alcoholic beverages, heating and use of saunas and hot tub, final cleaning, and free use of the island's facilities. Bed linen, towels, and alcoholic beverages are not included in the price. Pirskeri Homestead does not have a license to serve alcohol, but groups may bring a reasonable amount of alcoholic beverages for food, sauna, and other refreshments.

PETS:

Bringing pets to Pirskeri Homestead must be notified at the time of booking and is always agreed upon separately on a case-by-case basis. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up the pet's waste from the outdoor environment and for any damages or additional cleaning caused by the pet.

SMOKING:

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Throwing cigarette butts into nature is prohibited, and a cleaning fee will be charged for smoking indoors.

DAMAGES:

The customer is obliged to compensate for any damages caused to the accommodation or its furnishings and to report any damages caused immediately to prevent further damage.

INSURANCE:

We recommend all travelers to take out travel insurance. Travel insurance provides security, for example, if your trip is canceled due to illness.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Pirskeri Homestead has the right to cancel a reservation or interrupt a trip if there is a force majeure event. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to Pirskeri Homestead.
